Ministry to Ministries

Nurturing, Collaborating, Enhancing

SCCF amplifies the impact of charitable gifts by supporting recipient ministries in becoming more effective and efficient, ensuring that “donor dollars” go further and achieve greater outcomes. This initiative, known as Ministry to Ministries (M2M), seeks to nurture Christian ministry leaders toward healthy mindsets, collaborative relationships, and organizational excellence, enhancing their effectiveness and that of their ministries.

Supporting and Encouraging Ministry Leaders

For over 25 years, SCCF has worked with local non-profits doing incredible ministry in the community. Over this time, it has become clear that several areas need to be addressed to help ministry leaders and their ministries thrive.

Ministry to Ministries nurtures Christian ministry leaders toward healthy mindsets, fosters collaborative relationships, and promotes organizational excellence to enhance their effectiveness and the ministries they lead.

M2M serves ministries in the state through a variety of services, meetings, and events, which include:

  • Community Ministry Leader Events that recognize and celebrate ministry leaders offer a message of encouragement and foster Kingdom relationships.
  • Ministry Leader Small Group Gatherings that keep ministry leaders connected by facilitating collaboration, increasing awareness of how to resource one another, and providing encouragement and prayer.
  • One-on-one meetings that provide personal support to those needing objective, no-agenda counsel and processing of life and/or ministry realities.
  • Prayer Retreats to facilitate respite and renewal, as well as focused prayer, silence, and solitude to promote Spirit leadership.
  • Soul Care and Discipleship Workshops and Services for ministry staff and volunteers.

Over the past decade, Ministry to Ministries has proven instrumental in the personal lives of ministry leaders pursuing Kingdom impact as Jesus' hands and feet. Today, it continuously promotes personal and organizational health as a source of encouragement, engagement, and respite.

Mission Increase Partnership

Through a strategic partnership with Mission Increase, M2M provides a vital link for organizational development and support for ministry leadership. This service helps maintain organizational stability, integrity, and longevity. M2M's combination of personal and organizational resources fulfills its ultimate vision to maximize healthy Christ-centered ministry resources available to those in need.

Our partnership with SCCF for our Donor Advised Fund has helped us expand and grow our giving opportunities with “Kingdom-focused” ministries.

Through SCCF’s great support and service, Circle 555 in York County has made a Kingdom-minded impact on our community. I give to many nonprofit organizations, and without hesitation, I would recommend SCCF to manage gifts in an impactful manner that is pleasing to God.

Having participated in Gatekeepers for a few years, I have found the fellowship, accountability, and community with Christian brothers to be life-giving, edifying, and enriching. I would encourage anyone considering Gatekeepers to try it. You will be blessed beyond expectation.

Because SCCF is mission-focused and Christ-centered, my husband and I prayerfully decided to invest our charitable funds with them and participate in their ministries. We feel confident our investment works for God’s glory and His Kingdom.

SCCF has become a valued and trusted resource for Christians focused on building God’s Kingdom through faithful stewardship and generous giving in York, Chester, and Lancaster counties.

The greatest blessing for me in Circle 555 is partnering with Christian women from our community to support local ministries with our grants, gifts, and prayers and then hearing stories of how the Lord has changed lives and impacted families through these ministries.
